DOG TRAINING

I review all new client bookings to make sure that we are a perfect match. After the review, your payment will be processed 24 hours prior to the appointment, at which point it is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please do it more than 24 hours in advance.

If you are an established client, I will process your payment and confirm your appointment as soon as possible.

If it is determined that you and your pet would benefit from another trainer’s expertise or location, I will send you an email with references before canceling your appointment with NO CHARGE. I will never leave you in the lurch.

My service area includes: Greater Heights, GOOF, Rice Military, River Oaks, Montrose, Galleria, Downtown, West University, Rice Village, Museum District. I do occasionally travel to clients outside of these neighborhoods, especially for service dog clients. I also offer virtual dog behavior consults. SERVICE DOG TRAINING

If you’re interested in training your dog to be a service dog and you don’t reside in my service area, please get in touch. Since not many trainers in the area have this kind of expertise, I make an exception and travel further for service dog teams.

CAT CONSULTS

All cat consults are virtual and are done via Zoom, so you don’t have to live in Houston or even the US to use my services.
